Functional principle / mode of operation:

The vacuum cleaning system is a multimodal direct contact system positioned shortly in front of the first print station. The sheet / the web is directed across fix brushes loosening cutting edge dust, angel hairs and dust particles from the surface (as option a deionisation can be installed). Afterwards the web or sheet is directed above a polished stainless steel faceplate. By means of a constant and steplessly adjustable vacuum the web or sheet is cleaned efficiently. Filter mats clean the air and the dust is transported by means of a cyclone into a container.

 

The cleaning of the surface guarantees a high quality print image and contributes to a more economic use of the machines. Especially in case of inferior paper quality und use of powder a cleaning system is necessary.

 

Individual design:

Due to our longtime experience it is possible to determine the installation space  by means of  the serial and machine number. The manifold is designed and manufactured individually for each type of machine. Especially in case of retrofittings, this experience is of advantage.  New machine types or special solutions are aligned with the machine manufacturers.
