The web cleaning system is normally installed in front of the first print station and the two manifolds are staggered. This guarantees an optimum cleaning of the front and rear side. Due to the direct contact the cutting edge dust is extracted very efficiently.
Another position of the manifold is after the perforation or after the slitting knifes.
The web cleaning systems are used in the field of label printing, jobbing, forms printing and flexo printing .
